David Dorward is a seasoned Human Resources professional with experience in a diverse range of industries and sectors. He has been a trusted business partner and advisor to senior leadership with a track record of success, within fast-paced, progressive and challenging organizations across Canada, from banking to energy, for over 35 years.

David also passes his extensive "hands on" knowledge to the next generation, teaching across all Human Resources disciplines to at the University of Humber-Guelph, Humber, Centennial and George Brown Colleges, and the Human Resource Professional Association (HRPA) CHRP certification courses. An excellent communicator, he has long been a guest speaker at conferences, companies and institutions in Canada and internationally.

David has been consulting in diverse industries such as financial services, hospitality and elder care on a multitude of projects, since 1985. Toronto Clients have included DUCA Credit Union, Canadian Tire, and the North York Board of Education. Since 2011 he has supported Mon Sheong Foundation with maintenance of CUPE pay equity plans, presented interest arbitrations for CUPE and SEIU and negotiated voluntary collective agreements with CUPE, and ONA.
